2. Age Restrictions
2.1 It is against the law to sell or supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order with Mollybrownswinelist you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If our delivery couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the wine.
3. Delivery
3.1 Delivery is £6.99 per address for all locations except the out of area codes listed in 3.2 where it is £12.99 per address.
3.2 Out of area post codes : IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH12-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25.
3.3 All stock advertised on Mollybrownswinelist is on the shelf and ready for dispatch the very same day that you order (Mon-Fri). If your order is placed before 2pm then we aim to have your goods shipped out the very same day and with you the following day.
4. Non-Delivery and Cancellation
4.1 If you receive a wine from Mollybrownswinelist that you believe is spoilt or if a bottle has broken then we will either refund you for the full value of this win or we add the value of the broken wine to your account to use towards any future orders placed with Mollybrownswinelist. Should you choose to have the credit added to your account you will have the right to request the money be refunded in full at any time in the future.
4.2 You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 7 working days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition. We will refund the price of the order excluding any delivery charge and less the cost incurred to collect the wine.
4.3 Rarely a wine you order may go out of stock. This should not happen as Mollybrownswinelist only advertise stock that we have on hand and ready for next day delivery. However, sometimes stock maybe damaged for example and we would not be aware until the point of dispatch. If this is the case we will contact you to inform you of the potential delay or offer you an alternative wine of equal or greater value.
4.4 Claims for non-delivery must be made within three weeks of your order date.
4.5 We will always do our upmost to deliver the correct vintage of the wine you have ordered. If we deliver the wrong vintage then we will of course collect the wine if required and refund in full. Mollybrownswinelist is under no obligation though to source the original vintage ordered if it is no longer available.
4.6 Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavor to respond to complaints as soon as possible.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1 When you make a purchase from the Mollybrownswinelist website, we collect personal information to enable us to process and deliver your order. By registering your details on our website, you consent to Mollybrownswinelist maintaining, recording, holding and using personal data we collect about you.
5.2. Except where the law permits or unless you specifically agree, Mollybrownswinelist does not sell or rent your personal data to others outside Mollybrownswinelist. We do not share or sell our customer list to any third party.
5.3 Extra information will be collected and stored to enable Mollybrownswinelist to enhance your experience and to also send promotional material or special offers that we feel may be of interest to you. 8. Payment and pricing
8.1 All prices quoted are inclusive of duty and VAT charged at 20%.
8.2 In the unlikely event that we display an incorrect price for a product then we reserve the right to correct this. Should you order the product with the incorrectly displayed price then we reserve the right to cancel your order. If this instance occurs then we will contact as soon as we notice the error to notify you of the difference in price. At this point you will have the option to cancel the order to go ahead and purchase the goods at the correct price and complete your order.
If we are unable to contact you or do not hear back from you within 7 days of this of the initial purchase then we will cancel your order and refund you for the full amount.
8.3 Any promotional codes or discounts can not be used against the postage and packaging fee.
8.4 Any promotions that we run are valid only if the goods are in stock and we reserve the right to cancel any promotion early should we need to.
8.5 All voucher codes and promotions are only applicable to order taken and completed online. Orders via phone may not be subject to the same discounts.
9. Security
9.1 For the ultimate security Mollybrownswinelist does not store or even process your credit card details. All processing is done directly through First Data / Secure Trading.
9.2 Mollybrownswinelist does make reasonable attempts to exclude viruses or other destructive computer codes from the Website, it does not accept any obligation, gives no assurance and assumes no liability or responsibility (whether express or implied) in relation to viruses or such computer code. Please make sure that you take all necessary precautions against this sort of occurrence before downloading any content from the website.
