Age Restriction

You must be over 18 to buy wine. By placing an order with us you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Availability

Occasionally we might run out of stock of a particular wine, or vintage.

In this unlikely event we will substitute goods of similar style and of equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with any of the substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at a time convenient for you and at no cost to you.

Delivery

We work on a standard 3-5 working day delivery for the UK, and 6-8 days for continental Europe.

Your order will be delivered to your specified address. Deliveries are only made between Monday and Friday and are not made on public holidays or at weekends.

If our delivery agents are unable to obtain a signature for delivery at the specified address, the goods will be returned to the depot, unless you have given us specific instructions to leave the goods else ware e.g. on the doorstep, garden shed, with a neighbour.
We advise that you let us know where the parcel can be left if you are not in to avoid disappointment. Just send us a message on contact us with your request.
In the event of non-delivery, our agents shall attempt to deliver your parcel again on the next working day. If a second attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel shall be held at your local depot for seven days and a card with details of how you can arrange to pick up your parcel within this time shall be left at your specified address. After seven days have lapsed your parcel shall be returned to Molly Brown’s Wine List and you will need to contact us to arrange re-delivery. Molly Brown reserves the right to charge an additional standard delivery fee in this instance.

All our prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are extra, as stated.

Promotional offers and prices are as stated, with no further discounts after the promotion has expired.
